Meet

Alison Bird

Alison started her career as a teacher, so you know she loves a colour-coded system!
After testing the waters with her own small business, she moved into the startup world, where she supported founders as they brought their ideas to life and figured out how to grow. That mix of lived experience and behind-the-scenes support means she’s great at turning chaos into clarity, asking the right questions, and building systems that actually work for the people using them.

Also known for: typing fast, thinking deeply and never turning down a spreadsheet or a singalong.

Joanna Smail

Jo started her career in the corporate world, working at both Macquarie and Deutsche Bank. After fobbing that off to travel through South America (excellent choice), she launched her own design studio where she’s been creating visual magic ever since.
She’s worked with creatives, small businesses and big brands — helping them show up with clarity, consistency and style. Whether it’s a logo, a launch or a whole damn website, she’s all about making things beautiful and functional.

Also known for: nailing the brand vibe, sage-burning breaks between edits and accidentally starting singalongs.
